It is now April and the WolfPak (Thomas, Nick, Alex and I) is preparing for the annual canoe trip, a two night excursion down the mighty James river. It all goes down on Memorial day weekend! This year we have decided to bring along some delicious home-brew, a.k.a La Fin Du Riviere. La Fin Du Riviere, which means "The End of the River" should be a 9% abv Belgian Tripel/Strong Ale. The process started on 4/7/2013. We all (except Alex) gathered at Rodriguez Manor to start the brewing process. Starting the day right, we proceeded to sit back, relax and have a home-brew, Thomas' delicious Belgian tripel.
